基于fluent的消声器设计及校核计算

摘    要:文章以某一型号柴油发电机组的排气为背景,通过给定的排气参数和条件进行消声器的结构和性能的设计,并运用流体软件gambit和fluent进行建模。通过数值模拟,计算消声器的流场和消声量。结果表明设计的消声器的消声量可以达到25分贝以上。

Abstract:With the exhaust of one diesel generator units as the background, the structure and performance of muffler were designed by the exhaust parameters and given conditions. The models was built by the hydrokinetics software, gambit and fluent. The fluid fields and the capacities of noise elimination were computed by the numeric simulation. The results showed that the capacities of noise elimination was above 25 dB in the designed muffler.
