新型钢管桩桩尖在天津港高桩码头的应用

摘    要:结合天津港某高桩码头的工程实例,针对钢管桩采用不同型式桩尖时的穿透能力进行分析比较,根据静载试桩数据研究钢管桩在不同人土深度时的承载能力和半封闭桩尖的闭塞效应。试桩结果表明高桩码头采用新型桩尖的钢管桩基础,能有效缩短桩长、节省投资,在减少单桩锤击次数和缩短工期方面效果明显,可为今后钢管桩桩尖的应用提供参考。

Abstract:Based on one piled wharf project at Tianjin Port, the penetration power are compared and analyzed for the steel pipe pile with different types of pile tip. According to the data on static-load trial pile, the plugging effect of semi-closed pile tip and the bearing capacity are also researched for the steel pipe pile driven to different depths. The trial pile results show that the application of steel pipe pile foundation with new-type pile tip to the piled wharf could reduce the length of pile, lower the investment, decrease the blow count for single pile and shorten the construction period effectively, which will provide references for the application of pile tip of steel pipe pile in the future.
