车载式金属油罐有限元分析

摘    要:文中利用有限元分析技术,应用ANSYS分析软件对车载式金属油罐罐体的结构强度进行了分析计算,得出在各种工况下的应力分布图.通过对计算结果的分析,找出了产生最大应力的部位及原因,为金属油罐的优化设计提供理论依据.

Abstract:By using ANSYS,the intensity of the metal oil tank carried by vehicles are analyzed by means of the method of finite element in this paper.Its structural strees distribution under different load conditions may be determinded.With the analyzed results,the place where the maximum strees lies and the reason why the maximum stresses exist are pointed out.Thus the theoretical evidence is provided for the provided for the optimal design of the metal oil tank.
