内河搜救区域环境感知系统研究

摘    要:内河搜救区域环境感知系统的研究开发为全面获取救助水域气象水文信息,实现内河水上船舶交通事故的全天候应急和救助提供技术支撑。在分析内河搜救区域环境感知系统功能需求的基础上,提出了系统的三层框架,即信息采集层、信息解析层与信息显示层,设计了环境感知系统硬件的整体架构,包括气象水文信息的采集模块、信息传输模块、监测控制模块等。

Abstract:It is the foundation of inland water traffic safety to monitor environment information of water area in real time.Research on environment perception system in inland water search area provides technical support for fully getting information of hydro-meteorology,and realizing emergency rescue of maritime accident around the clock.By analyzing the functional requirement environment perception system in inland water,this paper proposes the system structure including information collection layer,information analysis layer and information display layer,and devises the hardware structure of the whole system including hydro-meteorology collection module,information transmission module,monitor-control module,etc.
