| 摘 要： | 由于内河运输的不断发展,使得对航标的数字化要求越来越高。然而,目前内河航标数字化程度较低,不能够满足安全航行的要求。文中从软硬件2个方面提出了一种内河数字化航标系统方案,并且通过对目前内河使用航标进行数字化改造来论证此方案,此外,还介绍了一种内河航标灯质识别算法。

| Abstract: | AtoN（Aids to Navigation） is a kind of facility or system that provides a variety of security information and service for safe and convenient sailing.For the past few years,increasing demand is put forward to intelligence of AtoN as inland water transportation is developing rapidly.Given the less intelligent of AtoN in inland river,it is unable to meet the requirements of safe navigation.Thus,this paper presents a program of digitalized AtoN from both aspects of hardware and software,and a verification test of the program. |
