| 摘 要： | 围绕铁路通信信息化管理目标,结合铁路通信传输网资源管理现状,对铁路传输资源管理系统功能需求进行分析。并在此基础上进一步从系统功能结构、数据结构建模及工程设计等方面进行了解析,用于指导铁路传输网资源管理系统的建设。
