枢纽容量分配下的空铁联运网络设计

摘    要:针对枢纽机场运营能力短缺问题,提出了空铁联运网络设计对其国内容量进行重新分配。从机场的角度,以最大化旅客盈余为目标,利用遗传算法设计出不同枢纽容量分配及联运高铁线路长度约束下的最佳网络拓扑结构。实例分析表明,与现有高铁线路长度的60%进行联运可释放100万人.次的国内容量,且能达到目前的营运能力,证明以高铁替代或补充现有的支线航班对于释放枢纽机场国内容量是可行的。

Abstract:In this paper, an air and railway inter-modal network based on hub capacity relocation is designed to solve the problem of hub airport capacity shortage. From the perspective of the airport, the best network topological structure could be obtained by genetic algorithm with the objective of maximizing passenger surplus under the constraint of different combinations of hub capacity allocation and high-speed rail line length. According to the analysis, by using 60% of the ex- isting high-speed rail system capacity, as much as one million passenger trips can be accommodated to alleviate the current capacity shortage problem, thus proving the feasibility of using high-speed rail as substitution or complement to handle the feeder flights in support of the domestic capacity at hub airports.
