| Abstract: | In this paper,management and control of newly-built high-speed railway are expounded from the aspects of responsibility system implementation,establishment of safety and quality assurance system and management system,promotion of standardized management in depth.Finally,suggestions on management and control of high-speed rail safety and quality are proposed,which can be recommendations to safety and quality work in future high-speed railway construction. |
