超软弱土地基处理方案研究

摘    要:揭阳市环岛路地基中的深厚淤泥层天然含水量达93.8%~98.6%、天然孔隙比达2.608~2.65,是罕见的超软弱土地基。该文介绍了对超载预压、塑料排水板预压、水泥土搅拌桩3种可行方法的处理效果、工程费用和工期进行综合比选,并对试验段监测结果进行分析后,确定了在环岛路的一般路段采用塑料排水板预压方法、桥涵两端过渡段采用水泥土搅拌桩方法的施工方案。实践证明是可行的,为此可供类似软弱土地基道路工程参考。

Abstract:The natural water content in the deep thick silt stratification in Huandao Road subgrade of Jieyang City reaches 93.8%~98.6%,and the natural porosity ratio reaches 2.608~2.65.It is an unwonted super-weak soil subgrade.The article introduces the comprehensive comparison of the treatment effects,engineering costs and construction periods of three feasible methods of the super-load pre-compression,plastic drainage plate pre-compression and cement soil agitated pile.And after the analysis of the monitoring result in the experimented section,the article determines the construction schemes of the plastic drainage plate pre-compression process used in the general roads of Huangdao Road and the cement soil agitated pile process used in the transition section at two ends of the bridge culvert.The practice proves that the schemes are feasible.Therefore,the schemes can be referred for the similar weak soil subgrade road projects.
