Theoretical deliberation of reform on engineering price management

Referring to the many drawbacks of conventional engineering cost management, this paper brings forward the concepts, from the micro and macro aspects, of engineering price management reform and presents the rationale for the establishment of quoted price decision - making system so as to set up as quickly as possible the engineering cost management system, which will be macro directed by the government and allow the enterprises to make the quoted pjice independently with the price formed through market competition.
