| Abstract: | The current international seafarer resources market has shifted to the east. China＇ s international seafarer market has great potential. However, owing to the cultural differences and the daily habit differences between Chi- nese seafarers and the western countries＇ seafarers, Chinese seafarers find it difficult to handle the issues concern- ing cultural differences. To develop China＇ s international seafarer market, the cross-cultural adaptability of seafarer should be cultivated. |
