| 摘 要： | 在数据库系统中软件所占比例日益增加，软件故障对系统可靠性的影响也更显突出，需要对软件故障进行分析。根据数据库系统特点，采用故障树分析方法，以数据库系统的软件故障为根节点，由上而下分析导致软件故障的所有可能因素，分析其因果逻辑关系。最后，介绍了定性与定量分析的疗法。通过实例，建造软件故障分析树，分析了SFTA技术对提高软件运行可靠性的影响。
