高速受电弓自动降弓阀研究分析

摘    要:介绍了CRH380CL型高速动车组受电弓自动降弓阀的功能、原理和结构,基于AMEsim软件进行模拟和仿真,从仿真结果分析得出影响高速受电弓升弓时间和自动降弓阀灵敏度和稳定性的相关因素。分析自动降弓阀设计参数和升降性能之间的关系,由此提出改进优化高速受电弓自动降弓阀结构的设计方法。

Abstract:The function, principle and structure of the pantograph automatic dropping valve used on CRH380CL EMU is introduced. The simulation is built based on AMEsim software. From the results of simulation, the related factors of the rising time of high-speed pantograph and the sensitivity and stability of automatic dropping valve are obtained. By analysis of the relationship between each parameter and the corresponding performance of the valve, the design method of improving optimization of high-speed pantograph automatic dropping valve's structure is presented.
