RS232/CAN智能协议转换器及其通信网络

为研制RS232/CAN智能协议转换器,根据技术要求,确定其硬件系统主要由RS232接口、CAN协议控制器和CAN总线收发器等组成,软件系统主要由参数设置子程序、RS232串口/CAN转换子程序、CRC校验子程序等组成。关键技术包括:在CAN控制器软件初始化过程中对系统中断的控制;采用硬件流控制实现数据传输过程的控制。将2个RS232/CAN智能转换器通过双绞线连接起来,实现2个设备之间的RS232点对点远程通信。在各设备处安装RS232/CAN智能转换器,通过双绞线连接,并在端点处安装匹配电阻即可组成RS232/CAN通信网络。在调度集中车站智能自律分机系统中,采用RS232/CAN智能协议转换器构建通信网络,既可充分利用原来的软硬件系统,又可提高系统的效率,缩短开发周期。

RS232/CAN Intelligent Protocol Converter and Its Communication Network

This paper is on the development of intelligent RS232/CAN converter.According the technical requirements,its hardware includes RS232 interface,CAN protocol controller and CAN bus sender/receiver.Its software includes parameter setting subprogram,RS232/CAN transfer subprogram and CRC verification subprogram.The key techniques are: the interrupt control in the initialization course of CAN controller software,the data transmission procedure control by hardware flow control.Linking 2 RS232/CAN converters of the RS232 devices by twisted wire can implement point to point long-distance communication.Amounting RS232/CAN converters on every device,linking all the converters by twisted wire and setting matching resistances at the endpoints,that is the way to construct a network.In the station intelligent self-regulated system of CTC,this kind of intelligent RS232/CAN converter is used to build the communication network.It is proved that using intelligent RS232/CAN converter can reuse the existing system,enforce the system efficiency and shorten the period of system development.
