公路路基施工的冲击压实技术应用

摘    要:冲击压实技术目前尚未形成成熟的理论计算方法,在公路路基施工中采用这种加固技术,必须紧密结合施工现场地质条件以及工程使用要求,同时还需合理选取各种施工参数。对冲击压实应用原理、技术特性、使用范围和在工程实践中的应用进行研究分析,结果表明,冲击压实技术对路基压实的深度、强度较传统的碾压方法均具有较大的优越性,不仅施工简单方便、压实速度快,而且能有效地降低工程成本,缩短工期,提高工程质量。

Abstract:The impact compaction technology has not formed mature theory calculation method, use this reinforcement technology in highway subgrade construction, must be closely integrated with the site geological conditions and engineering requirements, also needs reasonable selection of construction parameters. This paper introduces the application principle of impact compaction, technical characteristics, range of application and analyzing through the application in the engineering practice. The result indicates that, strike compaction technology has great superiority of depth, strength compare to traditional rolling methods, it can not only make the construction simple, having faster compaction speed, but also effectively reduce the project cost, but down project time and improve construction quality.
