摘    要:分析纤维封层层间粘结强度变化机理,阐述纤维封层的应用和开放交通后纤维封层面层的变化,对改性乳化沥青破乳后和集料的粘结机理进行分析。理论分析表明,纤维封层层间粘结强度在铺设初期成非线性增加并趋于稳定值,而后层间粘结强度受交通荷载和环境影响逐渐减小,并进行了相关的试验分析。机理分析为粘结强度试验方案、纤维封层施工后的初期养护和后期的养护方法提供了理论根据。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the mechanism for changes of the adhesive strength between fiber seal courses, expatiates the applications of fiber seal courses and the changes of fiber seal course surface after the road is opening to traffic, and analyzes the adhesion mechanism between the modified emulsified asphalt after emulsion breaking and the aggregates. The theoretical analysis shows that the adhesive strength between fiber seal courses increases nonlinearly, then is developed to stable value in initial stage of paving, and in the end decreases gradually under influences of traffic load and environment. After the process the relevant test analysis is carried out. The analysis of mechanism provides theoretical basis for adhesive strength test plans, as well as maintenance methods in initial stage and late stage after construction of fiber seal courses.
