| Abstract: | The paper introduces that Cis technique has been widely used in much realms. Especially in highway management, it has been developing into the geographical information system for highway by close integration with traditional traffic analyzing and treating techniques. The system possesses a higher applied value in highway planning, building and maintenance. |
