| 摘 要： | 本文围绕造船企业在钢材套料切割生产过程，介绍FastCAM公司在敏捷造船和精益造船中的技术、软件和管理方法，包括在船体建模放样后的无纸化数据转换技术、零件BOM表生产数据管理，优化套料与高效切割，以及钢材存储管理与余料重复利用，在钢材切割下料生产过程实现敏捷造船和精益造船的信息化管理，以有效节省钢材。
