汽车电动风扇电控单元设计

摘    要:汽车电动风扇控制系统是根据汽车的行驶速度、发动机的冷却水温度和空渊系统的工作状态,综合调节汽车发动机电动冷却风扇的冷却能力,该系统不仅可以使发动机在最佳工作温度下运转,同时还可以减少噪声和功率损失,减少冷却风扇的电能消耗7%~10%。介绍汽车电动风扇的控制需求和控制策略,汽车电动风扇电控单元硬件的设计方法,并给出汽车电动风扇电控单元软件的编译流程。

Abstract:The automobile electric fan system aims to regulate the cooling ability electric cooling fan based on the driving mode of the air--conditioning system, speed, the cooling water temperature of which not only can make the engine of the automobile engine engine and the operating to work under the besttemperature status but reduce the noise and loss of power with 7%-10% of electric energy of cooling fan saved. Hence the control need and control strategy of this fan are presented with a design method which is provided with an electric control unit hardware and a related software compiling process.
