道路拓宽中路面拼接台阶尺寸的分析

摘    要:通过有限元计算分析,研究了新老路面拼接台阶尺寸对拼接结构受力的影响,并提出了适宜的台阶宽度,包括面层台阶的尺寸和基层台阶的尺寸,为实际工程提供指导及借鉴。通过计算分析2种路面结构下,不同面层或基层台阶尺寸时新老路面结构的顶面变形、最大剪应力及层底剪应力,表明设置台阶有效降低了拼接路面结构中的剪应力及新老路面拼接面两侧的不协调变形。在台阶尺寸方面,面层拼接台阶的宽度大于20 cm即可,基层台阶宽度宜为40cm至60 cm。

Abstract:The effect of splicing step dimension of old and new pavements on stress bearing of the spliced structure was studied by finite element calculation.The proper step dimensions for both surface layer and base layer were designed as a reference for practical engineering.The surface deformation,maximum shear stress and bottom shear stress of two pavement structures with different step dimensions were calculated and analyzed.The result shows that (1)the shear stresses and the discrepant deformation in the spliced structure were reduced effectively after application of the steps;(2)as to the recommended step dimensions,20 cm is the minimum for surface layer step and 40 cm to 60 cm for base layer step.
