| 摘 要： | 为规划、决策、监督城乡客运一体化进程,明确了城乡客运一体化实现能力评价要素,构建了多级评价指标体系.运用模糊数学方法,建立了城乡客运一体化实现能力多级模糊综合评价模型.实例应用结果表明了该方法的有效性.
