摘    要:以欧洲、台湾省及印度摩托车进行催化剂性能评价,测试催化转化器对于ECE-R47,ECE-R40及印度法规(IDC)的废气净化效果。通过仿真废气系统与实车测试结果,含钙钛矿型氧化物的Pd/Pt及Pd/Pt/Rh催化剂起燃特性较传统Pt/Rh催化剂佳,且热稳定性良好,不仅可达到各地区未来更严格的排放标准,还可提高使用寿命。由于钙钛矿型氧化物具有促进贵金属催化活性的特点,因此可减少贵金属用量,大幅降低成本,更有市场竞争力。

Abstract:The evaluation of catalyst performance and the test of emission control effects of ECE-R47, Ece-R40 and the Indian regulation by using catalystic converters were conducted on European-made Taiwan-made and Indian-made, motorcycles. Tests through the artificial exhaust system and vehicles show that the lighting-up of Pd/Pt and Pd/Pt/Rh catalysts containing perovskite oxides is better than that of the conventional Pt/Rh and good in thermal stability, it can also improve the life. Because the perovskite oxides(ABO3) possess the characteristic in promoting noble metal catalystic activity, the amount of utilization of noble metals can be reduced, thus cutting down the cost and improving the competitive force on the market.
