| Abstract: | After the demand of electromagnetic spectrum management in network centric warfare is introduced,and the development trend of electromagnetic spectrum management is analyzed,the two new technologies which are multi-agent system and cognitive radio are introduced.The basic concepts of the two new technologies,together with their application in electromagnetic spectrum management system of network centric warfare,are analyzed separately. |
