Design and Application of Black-start of Ertan Hydropower Plants

It is important to study the large-scale system failure and the recovery that is black-start. This paper according to the preparation of the Ertan power plant,this paper starts the program of Ertan power plants at the actual situation and calculates the basic load,and then selects the appropriate capacity of diesel generator and demonstrates the Ertan power plant to choose the best line,after testing,the result proved the correctness of the proposed program.
