摘    要:渤海湾BZ25-1油田开发项目WHPB平台二氧化碳灭火系统因驱动气体突然意外释放,导致少数控制管路上的电磁阀开启,电磁阀下游的执行机构动作,造成二氧化碳误释放事故。从管理和技术方面分析事故原因,特别分析瞬间高压气体对电磁阀的冲击,并根据分析试验提出增加压力缓冲装置的系统设计改进方法。

Abstract:CO2 fire extinguishing system accident happened on BZ25-1 oil field development WHPB platform in Bohai Bay. Driven gas accidental release induced a few solenoid valves on the pneumatic tubing open, which reacted on the downstream operators and caused CO2 agent spray mistake. Management and technical reasons are analyzed, especially one reason is instant high pressure gas impulsion on the solenoid valves. Based on experiments, system improvement measure is put forward, namely, suited pressure buffer is installed in the pneumatic tubing.
