基于Pro/e的弧面分度凸轮机构运动学仿真与分析

摘    要:根据共轭接触原理推导出弧面分度凸轮工作轮廓与滚子工作面的共轭接触方程式及工作轮廓的曲面方程式.在Pro/e中根据所推导的方程式编写曲线程序完成弧面分度凸轮实体模型的建立;在Pro/e的Mechanism环境中对机构添加运动副、驱动器,完成参数设置后可实现运动仿真和分析,通过运动学分析以期发现设计中的缺陷和问题,便于设计人员和工程人员及时修改。

Abstract:The profile equation and the equation of conjugate contact cure of the roller-gear indexing cam mechanism are briefly deduced by means of conjugate contact theory, and the three-dimensional solid model is established with Pro/e. The pair and drivers are added for the mechanism in the mechanism environment of the Pro/e. The roller-gear indexing cam can be simulated and analyzed after the parameters is completely set, so that the flaw and other problems in design can be found.
