| Abstract: | Economic benefit brought by induced traffic is often ignored in the economic evaluation to highway construction project,but in fact the benefit is very important to valuating the benefit comprehensively in project. The research discusses the mechanism that the induced traffic brings benefit in highway construction project and brings forward a model to calculate the benefit. |
