客车座椅仿真分析及轻量化结构设计

摘    要:针对国内某款客车座椅在出口认证初次试验中无法满足ADR68/00的要求及重量超标问题,受澳方委托对该座椅进行仿真分析及满足ADR68/00的轻量化设计。轻量化设计后的座椅不但满足ADR68/00固定件强度试验要求,而且重量还减少了15%,效果良好。

Abstract:As for the problem that one coach seat is unable to meet the requirements of ADR68/00 in the initial export certification test,the authors are commissioned by the Australian engineers to do the simutation analysis and lightweight designing which meets the ADR68/00 requirements. The new designing seat can not only meet the anchorage strength test requirements of ADR68/00,but also reduce the weight of about 15%. The effect is good.
