| Abstract: | This essay based on the analysis of conditions and modalities of implementation on congestion charging in urban central area,analyzed the influences of congestion charging in urban central area from travel intensity,trip mode structure and trip distribution,and finally proposed the fuzzy evaluation model on influences of congestion charging in urban central area. |
