基于创新实践的高职汽车电子技术专业人才培养模式的探讨

随着汽车技术服务产业的全球性竞争的加强,创新创业已成为21世纪汽车产业经济发展的源动力。高职汽车专业人才开展创新创业教育是培养创新创业型人才的主要途径。目前国内的高职人才培养模式与国外比较成熟的创新创业教育实践相比,我们的高职创新创业教育的模式还处于探索中,面临许多基础性的挑战。本文在作者多年研究和创新创业教育实践探索的基础上,通过在本专业创立"创新实践中心",总结出"载体创新、专业导师制、学生主导"的创新创业教育模式。

Discussion of Higher Vocational Automotive Electronics Technology Professional Training Mode Based on Innovation and Entrepreneurial Practice

With the strengthening of the automotive technology services industry＇s global competition, in-novation and entrepreneurship has become a power source of the automotive industry economic develop-ment in the 21st century. Carrying out higher vocational automotive professionals innovative entrepreneur-ship education is the main way to develop innovative entrepreneurial talent. Compared to the more mature innovation and entrepreneurship educational practice, the current domestic vocational training model is still in the exploration and faces many fundamental challenges. Based on the many years＇ research and explo-ration of innovation and entrepreneurship education practice and through establishing the innovative practice center in author＇s professional department, the author of this article concludes the innovative entrepreneur-ship education model of carrier innovation, professional mentoring system, student-led, and company-ori-ented operation.
