斗轮堆取料机的加固改造及结构分析

摘    要:针对新陆桥码头有限公司的斗轮堆取料机DQLK1500/2500故障频发的情形,通过对其金属结构进行有限元计算分析,提出改造方案:增加整机配重以减小接地力,改善整机稳定性;对部分金属结构进行加固处理,以确保整机强度、刚度和稳定性符合规范要求.实践表明,维修改造达到预期效果.

Abstract:For the case of a frequent faults on bucket wheel stacker/reclaimer DQLK 1500/2500 in New Land Bridge Terminal Company limited, this paper gives reasonable improvement reinforced method based on its structural calcu- lation by ANSYS, i.e. adjusting the loader's balance weight to improve self - balance ability and global stability, strengthe- ning the structures to ensure the strength, stiffness and stability meet the standards requirements. The practical result indi- cates that the improvement is successful expectedly.
