| 摘 要： | 简要介绍视频监控技术的发展历程,结合分析城市轨道交通视频监控系统技术的特点。以此为基础,从高铁视频监控用户需求分析和建设难点等方面内容重点阐述建设高铁网络视频监控系统的规划构想。
