| 摘 要： | 针对目前我国公路运输基础设施的快速发展，在阐述公路运输基础设施产生外部性现象的基础上，用模型分别对基础设施所产生的外部经济以及外部不经济现象进行分析说明，使人们对公路运输基础设施的积极作用及负面影响有更深入的了解。

| Abstract: | In view of our country highway transportation infrastructure fast development at present,this article elaborated the phenomenon of externality on the highway transportation infrastructure,separately analyzed and showed the phenomena of external economy as well as exterior economic in infrastructure produces,which can cause the people have a more thorough understanding to the highway transportation infrastructure's positive role and the negative influence. |
