基于虚拟样机技术的齿轮摩擦动力学仿真

摘    要:基于虚拟样机技术,以某通用单级减速器中的渐开线直齿圆柱齿轮为研究对象,应用ADAMS软件对其进行动力学仿真,以期对齿轮优化设计提供参考.结果表明:所得到的仿真结果与理论计算值基本吻合,验证了虚拟样机技术的合理性和准确性;同时不同转速下的齿轮间正压力、摩擦力均呈现先上升后下降到再上升的趋势且均随主动齿轮转速的增大而增大;但是处于转角为5°的啮合位置的高速齿轮的正压力、摩擦力小于低速与中速齿轮的正压力、摩擦力.

Abstract:Based on virtual prototyping technology,taking involute spur gear in the cylindrical gear reducer as the investigation subject,the dynamic model is established by ADAMS. The simulation analysis is realized in order to provide reference for optimization design of the gear. The results show that the simulation analysis are basically in conformity with that of the theoretic calculation,which proves the rationality and accuracy of the virtual prototype technology. Both the positive pressure and friction force of the gear are increased at first and then decreased. They are increased again with increasing gear speed. However,the pressure and friction of the high speed gear in the angle 5 of meshing position are the smallest compared at the same position with low and medium speeds.
