摘    要:对机车转向架配管系统做了简要介绍,采用Creo2.0三维设计软件管路模块和新型卡套式管接头,对铁道部重点项目4400马力调车机车转向架管路系统进行虚拟设计,并在生产中成功实现,证明了三维配管的优越性.为各种机车的转向架三维配管提供经验借鉴.

Abstract:The locomotive bogie piping system is introduced and analyzed. Based on the Creo2.0 software piping module and the cut-ring type tube joint technology,the bogie piping system design of MOR( Ministry of Railway) 4400 horsepower locomotive is carried out. The bogie piping is successfully achieved in workshop thus proved the excellence of 3-D piping. It can provide valuable reference for all kinds of locomotive bogie piping.
