密实型超薄沥青混合料的试验研究

摘    要:选用SMA—10级配中值、中、上限均值和SAC-10中值3条级配曲线,研究了超薄沥青混合料的路用性能和使用性能。以空隙率4%为设计目标,建立了2.36mm通过率与最佳沥青用量、宏观构造深度及摩擦系数之间的关系,并对3种级配的超薄沥青混合料做了简要的性能分析和经济评价,研究结论对超薄沥青混合料的设计具有参考价值。

Abstract:Applying three gradation curves of SMA-10 median, the average value of top and middle limit and SAC-10 median, the pavement and functional performance of ultra-thin asphalt mixes was researched. According to the value of air voids of 4 % ,the correlations between the passing of 2.36 mm and optimum asphalt content, macro texture depth and friction factor were established. Concise performance analysis and economic evaluation of ultra-thin asphalt mixes were also given. The conclusions can give an important reference for design of ultra-thin asphalt mixes.
