格构墩斜撑安装施工技术

摘    要:干海子特大桥为交通部西部山区科技示范项目依托工程,是一种新型的钢管混凝土桁架连续梁桥。墩柱采用了钢管混凝土格构墩结构形式,高墩之间的各跨不仅墩位较高,且跨度较大,因此高墩的墩顶设置了斜撑以加强本桥结构的稳定性。由于该桥所处地理位置的特殊性以及其自身的结构特点,斜撑安装施工须在主梁安装到位后且混凝土灌筑之前完成,保证施工进度和施工质量尤为重要。在格构墩斜撑安装施工技术方面进行了深入研究和总结。

Abstract:Ganhaizi Super Major Bridge is a new type of steel pipe concrete truss continuous girder bridge with steel pipe concrete lattice piers. The span between high piers is long, so diagonal bracing is set on the top of high pier to enhance the stability of bridge structure. Because of the surrounding geographical and bridge characteristics, the installation of diagonal bracing must be completed before the pouring of concrete and after the main girder installed in place. The most important is to ensure the construction progress and construction quality. This paper makes deep study and summary of lattice pier diagonal bracing installation and construction techniques.
