软土富水城市铁路深基坑施工对周边沉降影响监测及分析

摘    要:针对软土富水城市铁路深基坑施工工程,对周边环境沉降进行监测。监测结果表明,软土富水城市铁路深基坑施工在围护结构施工、开挖施工、主体结构施工阶段对于周边环境的影响有别于一般地区城市深基坑施工的影响,具体表现在围护结构施工期间、主体结构施工期间对周边环境均存在一定影响,同时,较易出现差异沉降,对施工安全影响较大。建议开挖施工前对周边环境进行搅拌桩等形式的加固,同时,加大对不均匀沉降的监控力度,保证工程的安全施工。

Abstract:The settlement has been monitored around the foundation pit for the construction project in water-rich and soil-soft city.It is showed from the monitoring results that so many differences are existed in the phase of envelope construction,excavation construction and main structure construction between the deep foundation pit construction in normal cities and in water-rich and soil-soft cities.The differences are particular in the phase of envelope construction and main structure construction.At the same time,the differential settlement and greater impact is prone to appear.In this paper,it is suggested that mixing piles or other forms of reinforcement method should be used before the excavation,and the monitoring efforts should be increased for the differential settlement to protect the safety of the construction.
