Principle and Testing Methods of Leveling Valve

The leveling valve is used for controlling of the charge and venting of the air springs on railway vehicles in order to keep the height of car body regaraless of the loads.The principle of the leveling valve are introduced.Relevent testing methods and test bench are developed as well.The test bench is fit to various types of leveling valves,which could control the angle of the lever and record the time of charge and venting,as well as the leakage of check valve,intake valve and exhaust valve.
