从鱼粉废水中回收鱼粉

鱼粉废水中固体物质含量约占２３％,其主要成分是鱼粉,鱼油,碎鱼骨等,鱼粉废水蒸发后为糊状物（固体物质含量约占６５％）考察不同的萃取剂,用料比（糊状原料／萃取剂）、温度,离心分离时间,萃取次数工艺条件,回收鱼粉的最佳萃取剂量乙醇,用料比１／２ｇ．ｍＬ＾－１,室温,离心分离１０ｍｉｎ,萃取三次为最佳试验条件。２０ｇ糊状物可制备６ｇ于粉,且符合ＳＣ／Ｔ－３５０１－１９９６鱼粉标准。
