从鱼粉废水中回收鱼粉

摘    要:鱼粉废水中固体物质含量约占23%,其主要成分是鱼粉,鱼油,碎鱼骨等,鱼粉废水蒸发后为糊状物(固体物质含量约占65%)考察不同的萃取剂,用料比(糊状原料/萃取剂)、温度,离心分离时间,萃取次数工艺条件,回收鱼粉的最佳萃取剂量乙醇,用料比1/2g.mL^-1,室温,离心分离10min,萃取三次为最佳试验条件。20g糊状物可制备6g于粉,且符合SC/T-3501-1996鱼粉标准。

Abstract:There is 23 percent solid matter which mostly consists of fishmeal, fish oil and shatteredfish bone in fishmeal waste water. After evaporated, fishmeal waste water became mushy matter inwhich there is 65 percent solid matter. Extracting and reclaiming mushy matter was made under theconditions of different sorts of extracting solutions, dosage proportion, temperature, centrifugal time.extracting times. the best experimental conditions were normal temperature, dosage proportion1 g/2mL, centrifuging 10 minutes, extracting and making use of grain alcohol as extracting solution6g fishmeal are made up from 20g mushy matter, and are up to standard (SC/T 3501- 1996 "Fishmeal").
