| 摘 要： | 采用数值模拟法,对铸件热凝固过程进行了研究,建立了热传导差分方程,分析了满足差分方程的几个条件,并通过实测和模拟计算进行比较试验,得出了有利于提高热凝固工艺的结论.本文的研究对了解不同时刻铸件温度场的变化,消除特殊铸件的铸造缺陷有着积极的意义.

| Abstract: | The paper adopts value simulation,studies thermocoagulation process of cast,sets up heat exchange difference equation,analyses several conditions,experiments by measuring and simulation accounting,educes the conclusion in favor of advancing thermocoagulation technique. It is important to realize the change of cast temperature in the different time,to eliminate the bug of special cast. |
