摘    要:嘉陵江草街航电枢纽工程混凝土预冷系统优化设计,采用"二次风冷+冷水拌和"方案替代原来的"一次风冷+冷水+冰拌和"方案,实测结果与设计参数分析表明, "二次风冷+冷水拌和"方案混凝土预冷系统的各项指标均达到了设计要求,预冷混凝土生产模拟强度亦达到了设计指标,且风冷骨料可使骨料冷透率大大提高,从而使混凝土在运输、浇筑过程中温度回升较慢.实际运行表明,本文优化方案的一次性投资小,运行调节能力强,便于运行管理.
