重型汽车轮胎输送线的设计与应用

摘    要:重型汽车装配过程中会采用多种机械化输送技术,而重卡轮胎因为直径大、重量重等特点,通常选择辊道线进行输送。本文根据装配工艺流程,阐述辊道输送线的主要部件结构及其特点,并结合公司重卡装配线上的轮胎输送线介绍其设计与校核方法。

Abstract:Heavy duty automobile assembly process can use a variety of mechanical transmission technology, and heavy truck tyres for large diameter, heavy weight, usually choose roller line transportation. Based on the assembling process, structure of main parts and expounds the features of roller conveyor line, combined with the assembly line, heavy truck tire conveying line introduced the design and checking method.
