汽车排气管设计中QFD与FMEA的集成应用研究

摘    要:在汽车产品质量管理过程中,QFD和FMEA作为两个核心工具得到广泛应用,这两种工具的结合,既可以分析出最大限度的满足顾客需求的关键技术特性和质量特性,又可以将顾客需求与企业实际生产能力相结合,找出对产品质量影响较大的潜在的质量缺陷和失效模式,合理的调整相应的设计参数。本论文以汽车排气管设计为例,集成应用QFD与FMEA分析工具,从排气管产品的关键技术特性和关键零部件特性方面对产品进行了改善,对企业产品开发中的质量管理具有实际指导意义。

Abstract:In the automotive product quality management process, QFD and FMEA as two core tools arewidely used, the combination of these two tools, both can be analyzed to maximize the key technologies tomeet customer demand characteristics and quality characteristics, but also can be customer demand andenterprise actual production capacity combined, and find a greater impact on product quality potential qualitydefects and failure modes, a reasonable adjustment appropriate design parameters.In this thesis, automobileexhaust pipe design as an example, the integrated application of QFD and FMEA analysis tools from theexhaust pipe key technical characteristics and key components of the product was improved.Productdevelopment for enterprise quality management a practical guide.
