摘    要:
为适用于远洋船舶在全球各大洋航行的需要,在《传真天气图的计算机接收识别系统》[简称:MFAX]V2.0的基础上,对该系统做了完善和改进,研制开发了既能接收识别全球各大洋的地面天气图、又能接收识别全球各大洋的高空天气图的《传真天气图的计算机接收识别系统》[简称:MFAX]V2.5。完善、改进后的该系统嵌入《三大洋海浪数值预报系统》并安装在“远望”1、2、3、4号航天测量船上使用后,取得了令人满意的效果。

Abstract:
In order to meet the needs of ocean going ship's navigating in all oceans around the world, the Computer Receiving and identifying System for Facsimile Weather Charts V2.0(MFAX) has been improved and the version 2.5 of MFAX which can receive and identify not only the surface weather charts but also the up weather charts in all oceans is developed. This improved system embodied into the Forecast System of Sea Vales for the Three Oceans has been installed on board the space measuring vessels, the MV Yuan Wang No.1, No.2, No.3 and No.4, and satisfactory results were achieved.
