| 摘 要： | 为了满足石油专用管外壁除锈工作要求，设计出一套适合不同直径管子进行除锈的新型除锈机。由于该装置采用多组除锈装置同时除锈并具有独特的除锈滚刷调节机构，降低了外壁除锈工作强度，除锈速度快、除锈效果好、工作效率高。文中重点从设备结构、工作原理、技术参数方面介绍了该机的特点，并介绍了除锈机现场应用情况。

| Abstract: | In order to meet the requirement of outside wall rust removal, an adaptive rust removal machine is developed. Due to the equipment using multiple sets of rust removing device scaling and at the same time it has a unique cleaning roller adjusting mechanism, the intensity of the outside wall cleaning work is reduced, with a fast cleaning speed, a good cleaning effect and a high work efficiency. This paper introduces mainly the equipment structure ,the working principle and the technical parameters as well as the characteristics of the machine, and the field application of the rust removal machine is also introduced. |
