混合动力轿车后碰安全性研究

摘    要:针对某自主品牌混合动力轿车开发项目,利用有限元仿真分析和整车碰撞试验验证相结合的方法,研究了其高速后碰过程中燃油系统的完整性及高压电安全防护。通过合理的后舱结构设计以及软硬件双重高压防护的方案,使该轿车顺利通过高压电车辆国家后碰安全性法规。

Abstract:Base on the development of hybrid passenger car made by Shanghai Automotive Industry Corporation,the integrality of fuel system and protection of high-voltage safety during the rear impact have been studied by the method of using finite element analysis and virtual crash test validation.With optimized rear structure and combined double protection of software and hardware,the vehicle passes the national rear impact regulation for high-voltage successfully.
