| 摘 要： | 详细分析了汽车行业供应商质量管理的特点,阐述了零部件供应商的质量评级指标,并设计开发了汽车行业供应商质量管理信息系统。结合汽车行业竞争环境和零部件供应商的特性,构建了一套包含零部件供应商综合管理、质量体系、生产过程、物料管理、产品开发等5个评价指标体系,并详细论述了该评级体系在Access环境下供应商质量管理信息系统的构建和实际运用。
