含气量对不同强度混凝土力学性能影响

摘    要:在混凝土中掺入适量引气剂可以提高混凝土的密实性及抗冻性,但含气量过大又会降低混凝土的强度。在不影响混凝土力学性能的情况下,各强度等级混凝土中含气量适宜值研究较少。本文通过试验对比发现,C30、C40、C50混凝土在相同的含气量范围内强度下降幅度差别较大,综合考虑混凝土强度保证率和配制强度,得出C30混凝土中含气量不超过4%,C40和C50混凝土中含气量不超过5%。

Analysis of the Mechanical Properties about Air Content for the Different Concrete Strength

Abstract:The amount of air-entraining agents can be incorporated to improve the compactness and frost resistance of concrete in the concrete,but excessive gas will reduce the strength of concrete.In the case does not affect the mechanical properties of concrete,concrete strength grade each containing the number of suitable gas range,less research in this area now.Through trial comparing discovered,C30,C40,C50 concrete in the same amount of air entrainment vary greatly decrease the intensity range,considering the strength of concrete strength and formulation guaranteed rate,the proposed C30 concrete air content of not more than 4%,C40 and C50concrete air content does not exceed 5%.
