| 摘 要： | 在我国现实经济生活中，各类金融控股公司在法律间隙中生存发展，在某种程度上处于脱法状态，蕴含着极大风险。本文在对我国金融控股公司现状及金融法制架构检讨的基础上，提出完善金融控股公司立法基本框架的构想，以期能对我国金融控股公司风险的防范和金融法制的健全与完善有所裨益。

| Abstract: | Although there are all kinds of financial holding companies which survive and develop in the grayareas of the law in China, they break the law to some extent and will face many risks. This paper examines the status quo of financial holding companies and the structure of financial law system in China, and attempts to put forward countermeasures to perfect the basic legislative framework and looks forward to promoting the development of financial reforms and perfection of the financial law system. |
